Assistant Principal Corner

My name is Carl Henderson and I am glad to be the new Assistant Principal here at Richlands Elementary School.  I have worked 28 years in Onslow County Schools, 13 as a middle school counselor and the past 15 as an elementary school assistant principal.

I believe a school should be a reflection of the community it serves. I plan to help build and support our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) and our volunteer program to ensure the Richlands Elementary School parents and community are welcomed and involved.  I look forward to getting to know the staff, students, parents, businesses, and the community at large so together we can make RES The Greatest Place on Earth.
